Learnership / Full Qualifications
Our skills programs are unit standard aligned formally assessed and moderated. The
programs are structured to enable learners to successfully exit and achieve recognition of
full qualifications. KKBC offers a range of SAQA registered full qualifications. All our
qualifications are also available as learnership which provides access to several tax benefits
aligned with section 11A and 12H of the Income Tax Act.
Skills development programme
The Programme takes advantage of skills programs which runs over 12 months period in which
selected learners participate in a weekly contact sessions at designated campuses. During this
time the learners are also provided an opportunity for practical experience through several
community ventures. At the end of the programme the learners are subjected to a practical-
based workplace simulation that integrates the learning through the execution of a six-month
virtual experience.
Skills Development Facilitation
We offer professional SDF services to assist our partners with the submission of WSP (Work Skills
Program), which outlines strategic priorities in the development of the Sector Skills Plan and
ATR’s (Annual Training Report) at SETA’s in order to qualify for Grants provided for
Accreditation

Our organization has been accredited to the following programs: NQF2 National
Certificate: New Venture Creation and NQF4 Further Education Training: New Venture
Creation.
We also have signed level agreement with our existing accredited partners to the following
programs: NQF2 National certificate Animal production, NQF3 National certificate Animal
production, NQF4 National certificate Animal production, NQF1 National certificate Mixed
farming systems, NQF2 National certificate Mixed farming, NQF1 National certificate plant
production, NQF2 National certificate plant production, NQF3 National certificate plant
production, NQF4 National certificate plant production, NQF3 National certificate Poultry
production, Further education and training certificate Public administration and National
Certificate Public administration.
KKBC is in the process of being accredited for the following courses: NQF2 National

Experience and track record
KKBC has accumulated diverse experience in facilitating and coordinating skills developments
programs and running business development services including financial service. As such, we
have an extensive understanding of the shortfalls within townships economic activities to
become the leading driver in socio economic development and economic growth at large. Yet
we have strategies that will boost township economic activities to contribute significantly in
socio economic development and economic growth at large. KKBC has previously facilitated
various skills development programmes in construction, business management and ICT
(Information Communications technology) across South Africa
Currently we are running an NQF level2/3 skills development program in End-user Computing
program with over 60 candidates. It is in our attention that this program is playing a
magnificent role in the society in terms of skills development as projected, yet there is also a
huge impact in socio-economic development and fighting unemployment and poverty. With
realization of the difference this program is bringing in the society, we would like to sustain this
program with an aim of expanding the number of the student which means touching numerous
of lives. It is again in our cards to expand and facilitate and coordinate similar programs in an
effort to help the young people participate in economic activities. This has potential of boosting
the economic development, however it when we empower them with all necessary needs to be
part of economic growth through job creation amongst other things.
